Marillion are a British progressive rock band formed in 1979, known for their atmospheric soundscapes and deeply emotive music. With a career spanning over four decades, they have released a wide range of critically acclaimed albums, such as Brave, Marbles, and their most recent An Hour Before It's Dark which reached Number 2 in the UK charts, Marillion is also recognised for their innovative approach to music distribution, being one of the first bands to use crowdfunding to release albums, cultivating a devoted fanbase and remaining influential in the progressive rock genre.
Marillion will headline Kernowfornia's opening night on Friday 26 September 2025. We are incredibly excited to have such an incredible band come to Cornwall and we can't wait!
