Bio:
In September, Finnegan Tui released "Old One," a highly anticipated new single that showcases his
distinctive blend of acoustic intimacy and grand electronic flair. Inspired by folk storytelling traditions,
Finnegan’s music invites listeners into a dark, natural soundscape, where thunder and river sounds meld
seamlessly with his compositions. His deep connection to nature is a defining element, reflected in the
organic textures and atmospheric elements he layers into his work. "Old One" draws listeners into a
mysterious, ethereal realm.

Following a period of deep introspection, Finnegan undertook an extreme wilderness experience without
food, water, or shelter—a journey that sparked a new creative vision. This transformative experience has
since evolved into a rich body of work, with "Old One" as the first single from a project that will continue
to unfold in 2025.

"I was lost. Disenchanted. Living alone in the city. So, I left and went into the wild. This song was the first
thing I wrote during my journey—a call to nature, a kind of prayer asking to be reminded of what truly
matters: love, community, kindness, passion, making the most of our lives. In the process of writing this
song, I slowly fell in love with the world again. I hope it inspires others to see the beauty all around us and
to dive into life."
Since his debut EP, Zephyr, Finnegan has captivated both audiences and critics, amassing over 4 million
streams across DSPs and 1.5 million views on YouTube. Wonderland Magazine described Zephyr as “a
stellar example of modern-day ballads,” while BBC Introducing praised it as “an amalgam that sounds like
Bon Iver collaborating with Nick Drake.”

Throughout his career, Finnegan has collaborated with top-tier professionals, including co-producer
Jasper Trim, Alt-J mastermind Charlie Andrew, Grammy-winning engineers Matt Lawrence, Andrew
Scheps, and Dom Morley, Oscar-winning Niv Adir, and co-producers Robot Koch and Throwing Snow.

On stage, Finnegan has supported renowned acts like RY X, FINK, Cosmo Sheldrake, Elder Island, Ajimal,
and Alejandro Aranda, and sold out his first headline show at St. Pancras Old Church. He also premiered
“Zephyr: The Short Film” at the Rio Cinema. His festival appearances include Secret Garden Party,
Boomtown, Shambala, and the International Forum Festival (PowerHaus). In February 2025, Finnegan
will embark on a European tour, headlining Omeara in London, La Boule Noire in Paris, and Lark in Berlin.
